SummaryGraph

Free to try · early preview · an independent tool from GLO25

Turn 30-page chaos into a clear graph in seconds

Paste a board pack, a purchase agreement or meeting notes. SummaryGraph lays out what is claimed, what proves it, and where the two don't match, with every point linked to the sentence it came from.

Works on any business document. Built for owners and directors who have to get the order of steps right: dividends, deregistration, a purchase, a refinancing.

Try an example:

Your text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to make the map and is not stored by SummaryGraph. AI can miss or misread things; check each point against its source.

Three things every long document hides

Whoever reads thirty pages wants the same three answers. SummaryGraph puts them on one page, with the source next to each.

What is claimed

Plans, promises and assumptions, each tied to the sentence it came from.

What proves it

Registry extracts, figures and documents that back a claim up, or don't.

Where it doesn't add up

Dates, amounts or steps in the wrong order, like a dividend planned before the charge is cleared.

How the map is made, and its limits

  1. Your text is split into numbered sentences.
  2. An AI model picks out claims, evidence, figures, tasks, conflicts and gaps, links them (supports, contradicts, depends on), and must cite the sentence numbers for each.
  3. Any point that doesn't cite a real sentence is dropped before you see it.
  4. The map shows what the document says, not whether it is true or what you should do. It is not tax or legal advice; for that, take the questions to your adviser, or ask for a human decision check below.

Why it exists

SummaryGraph started as an internal tool at GLO25, to map deregistration, dividend and purchase sequences before a notary stamp makes them expensive to reverse. We're opening it up because every team has the same problem: a lot of paper in, and a few clear answers needed out.

I'm not a tax adviser. The point is to make the decision structure explicit, so your tax adviser and lawyer answer the right question. — Gino Smit, GLO25
